Daily maintenance of refrigerators:
1. refueling
1) When the oil level is less than 1/4 of the mirror, the lubricant should be supplemented in time.
2) Connect one end of the filling pipe with the filling valve at the intake end of the compressor, open the filling valve slightly, use the pressure in the system to discharge the air in the filling pipe, and insert the other end into the oil drum;
3) Close the refrigerant supply valve of the system appropriately and adjust the alarm setting of suction low pressure to avoid stopping because of low pressure.
4) When the suction pressure is lower than the atmospheric pressure, open the refueling valve and the oil will enter the compressor automatically.
5) When the oil level exceeds 5/6 of the viewing mirror, the refueling operation should be stopped: the refueling valve should be shut down first, and then the system supply valve should be opened to return to normal.
2. Supplementary refrigerants
1) When judging the lack of fluid in the system, fluoride should be added to the system in time.
2) One end of the fluorinating pipe is connected with the fluorinating port of the system, the other end is connected with the fluorinating bottle, and the air in the pipe is driven out through the fluorinating hose.
3) Open the valve of the fluoride bottle first, confirm that there is no leakage, and then open the valve at the fluoride entrance.
4) R23 system should orient the bottle mouth upward, while R404A system should orient the bottle mouth downward to ensure rapid fluorination.
5) At the end of fluorination, the valve of the fluoride bottle should be closed first, and then the valve of the fluoride outlet should be closed.

6) Refrigerant should not be added too much at one time to avoid excessive exhaust pressure. If one addition is insufficient, it can be repeated.

3. Exhaust air
1) When the system pressure is obviously higher than the saturated pressure at the corresponding temperature, ventilation should be considered.
2) Because the air is only concentrated in the high-pressure part, it should be operated through the exhaust valve of the condenser.
3) High temperature system should be operated at parking time, and low temperature system should be operated at running time.
4) The specific operation should be meticulous, the silk plug should not be opened too large, nor should it be far away from the scene;
5) Air operation should be carried out several times, so that excessive refrigerant can not be released at one time.

7) Judging the normal liquid level of the system is based on the fact that the pressure of R23 system is between 6 and 8 bars after parking and the liquid level of condenser in R404A system is between 1/5 and 2/5 of the mirror.
