What is a refrigeration system?

The refrigeration system consists of four basic parts, namely compressor, condenser, throttle components and evaporator. Four parts are connected into a closed system by copper tubes in a certain order, and a certain amount of refrigerant is filled in the system. The general refrigerant used in air conditioning is Freon. In the past, R22 was usually used. Some air conditioners have adopted new environmental friendly refrigerant R407. The above is the steam compression refrigeration system. Taking refrigeration as an example, the compressor inhales low temperature and low pressure freon gas from the evaporator and compresses it into high temperature and high pressure Freon gas, then flows through the thermal expansion valve (capillary), throttles it into low temperature and low pressure Freon vapor-liquid two-phase object. Then low temperature and low pressure Freon liquid absorbs heat from indoor air in the evaporator and becomes low temperature and low pressure Freon gas. Low temperature and low pressure freon gas is inhaled by the compressor. After the indoor air passes through the evaporator, it releases heat and the air temperature drops. Such compression - - condensation - - throttling - - evaporation cycle, refrigerants continue to take away the heat of indoor air, thereby reducing the room temperature. When heating, the direction of refrigerant flow is changed by the switch of four-way valve, which makes the outdoor heat exchanger become evaporator and absorbs the heat of outdoor air, while the indoor evaporation becomes condenser, which distributes the heat in the indoor to achieve the purpose of heating.
